APC CAPITAL is part of the APC Property Group. APC Capital and its principal's have broad-based experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential real estate, including acquisition, development, construction, joint ventures, management, sales, leasing, structured financing and syndication both in Australia and now more recently in the US.

Josh Lewski (Founder and CEO of APC CAPITAL) in 2016 became the sole advisor of a European based Private Equity group to source and procure Real Estate investment opportunities. Through Josh's extensive time on the ground in the US - he has come across some great investment opportunities and at the same time broadened his connections and access to deal flow there - particularly in NYC. 

The Private Equity group he represents participates anywhere from a passive investor to the active JV partner in these transactions. They will also participate anywhere in the capital stack that is deemed appropriate for each specific deal - i.e. Senior Lender; Mezzanine Lender; Preferred Equity; or Common Equity and is assessed on a deal by deal basis. This is done by Josh knowing his clients risk/reward preference and profile, and negotiating the deal itself taking into account the location; duration; developer's track record and expertise; project strategy; etc.

Many of the deals that Josh has been able to negotiate and lock down, he has also been investing alongside his client. This demonstrates his alignment of interests and the high conviction that he has in these projects.

Furthermore, Josh has immersed himself in the US Commercial Real Estate market and in particular in NYC which has been a focus for him and his client. Josh has expanded his role by astutely syndicating many of the deals he has identified, thus allowing his client the ability to leverage themselves into more deals and generating greater returns for themselves.
